Our unique 40-minute programme has the flexibility to allow absolute beginners to train with the fittest of athletes, and everyone in between. Using mainly bodyweight exercises and some basic equipment, it’s simple, yet highly effective! Whatever your sport or stage of fitness, it will help you achieve your goals!
With a 9.30am class and a 12.30pm class every weekday, it can fit around your busy day. Whether you work shifts or 9-5, you can still keep fit and keep your evenings free!
